Chefs

The principal figure of a symphony – the conductor - the central feature of an exhibition - the artist - and the central figure of any restaurant, is without doubt, the chef. A superb chef provides the cornerstone for the success of any great restaurant. Wild Asia’s lead chef hails from the Philippines – and has genuine experience from the kitchens of Southeast Asia.

Administrator

Our Administrator’s role is to ensure that all our guests enjoy themselves, and to ensure the atmosphere and service is without par. A good Administrator’s task is rewarding and demanding, and the fact that many guests are not even aware of the existence of the Administrator, means the job is well done – invisible - but as essential as air.

 Waiters

To make sure that you, our guests, are completely satisfied with the experience, our attractive girls will help guide you through the menus, take your orders and serve you quickly, without any long delays. Our waiters are not only good, but they are also friendly and cheerful people.

 Bartenders

The Bartender blends the spirits and creates the style of any great establishment. Wild Asia is a place with a magical atmosphere, where you will be happy to visit, as a guest, and not a faceless customer. Preparing cocktails is a fine art. To make them well, a Bartender needs training, time and finesse. Our bartenders will surprise you with their expertise. In any good bars, attentiveness and a good memory are equally important. To remember all the classic recipes and the cocktails and their many variations is not as easy as it seems. And have you even been in a place where the Barman remembers not only who you are, but what you normally order. Imagine coming to a bar after a few months’ absence and hearing: "The same as last time?" – everyone appreciates that sort of attention.
